• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Services

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Free Tier: Available at no cost with limited features and usage quotas as described on our pricing page.

Pro Subscription: $49 per month, billed monthly. New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content created by JoyofPM AI Solutions, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the documents and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

6. AI-Generated Output

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate summaries, risk assessments, timeline extractions, and other analyses. AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before making any decisions based on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated output.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JoyofPM AI Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any content you upload or process through the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JoyofPM AI Solutions regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
